Workout Classes

We have a full range of classes from the energetic Body Combat to the more relaxing and invigorating Body Balance. For a something a little bit different why not try Spinning; the most fun you can have on a stationary bike whilst burning at least 600 calories a session.

Class Descriptions


Active for Life 50+
Stay active whatever your age; active for life is a low impact class including aerobic activity and toning exercises in an easy enjoyable workout.

Aqua
For a different kind of workout why not try a fun water based exercise class including conditioning elements as well as an aerobic workout.

Body Balance
Incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, this workout will improve your flexibility, core and strength as well as calming the mind - time to chill out.

Body Condtioning
Target those problem areas with a unique cardiovascular and strength based workout to really hit those troublesome spots hard.

Body Combat
Get fighting fit in record time with this pre-choreographed class, combining Karate, Kickboxing and Tai Chi into a unique self defence style workout.

Body Pump
Prepare to pump some weights in this non-resistance workout which will tone the entire body - change your body shape.

Pilates
Focusing on core muscles and posture, this workout class conditions the entire body through slow controlled exercises and breathing techniques.

Spinning
The most fun you can have on a stationery bike. Burn calories to pumping music and see the difference a 45 minute workout can make.

Step
Step your workout up a level with a fun and challenging aerobic workout based around an elevated platform or step.

Yoga
Yoga aims to align the mind and body through a series of postures and focuses on strength, flexibility and meditation techniques.
