    We have a full range of classes from the energetic Body Combat to the more relaxing and invigorating Body Balance. For a something a little bit different why not try Spinning; the most fun you can have on a stationary bike whilst burning at least 600 calories a session.

    50+ Chi Ball
    A combination of traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Tai Chi and relaxation combined with Pilates and Feldenkrais techniques to open up the whole body and awaken the spine.

    50+ Circuits
    A class for the over 50’s. Various exercises using weights, steps and the floor. Have fun and make new friends, while you keep fit and active.

    50+ Mind & Body
    This class will help you to improve your flexibility and balance, as well as unwind and relax. Other benefits include improving your posture and learning how to be kinder to your back.

    Abs Butts Thighs
    A low impact class concentrating on the problem areas such as Bums, Legs and Abdominals. Expect squats, lunges and abdominal work.

    Deep Aqua
    A refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water.

    BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

    A combination of moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like Karate, Boxing and Taekwondo. Up beat music and choreographed moves make this an hour-long energetic routine raising fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.

    Body Conditioning
    A variable whole body workout designed to strengthen and tone the major muscle using a variety of studio equipment.

    A fantastic class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch.

    Fitness Pilates
    Fitness Pilates is a class aimed at all levels, ages and abilities. It is general level incorporating basic Pilates techniques and exercises in a non intimidating and easy to follow way. If you would like to improve posture, core stability and flexibility, this class is an absolute must. You will feel amazing afterwards!!

    GRIT Cardio™
    Maximize calorie burn with this combination of high impact body weight exercise and watch your members get super fit, super fast. Cardio is scientifically proven to get results, and high intensity interval training takes it to a whole new level. Members burn fat and boost fitness in no time.


    GRIT Plyo™
    LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a plyometric-based workout that delivers fast results. Combining the principles of explosive plyometrics and power agility training, you’ll build a powerful, agile and athletic body

    GRIT Strength
    Blasting all major muscle groups, members are pushed out of their comfort zone and leave with lean, toned muscle. Using barbells, plates and the bench, 30 minutes later it's all over but metabolism stays in overdrive for hours afterwards. It's the guaranteed fat burn members want.

    Phase 4 & Aquatherapy
    These classes are GP referral only. Extra charges may be applied. This class is not included in memberships.

    This class uses a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind to improve flexibility and strength without building bulk.

    RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLSTM programs, a new RPMTM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

    Shallow Aqua Aerobics
    A refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water.

    Therapeutic Hatha: Hatha Yoga with an Iyengar style twist and gentle vinyasa flows. Aligns your body, stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak joints to bring you to a healthy balance of strength and flexibility. Beneficial for sufferers of muscular, back, neck and shoulder problems or stress. Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.

    Forget the workout join the party! Zumba is an aerobic exercise inspired by Latin Dance. Zumba fuses together hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
