BodyPump
BodyPump is proven to be “the World’s fastest way to get in shape”. It uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone, strengthen and condition muscles while raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Be warned…… BODYPUMP WILL CHANGE  THE SHAPE OF YOUR BODY !!

BodyCombat
BodyCombat is a complete cardiovascular all-over body workout. Hugely popular, combining no contact kicking and punching with a range of self defence moves….all set to motivating music. Will strengthen, tone, improve cardiovascular fitness, while burning large amounts of calories.

BodyCombat Technique
A 15 minute preclass session to ensure safe and effective technique. All beginners are recommended to attend a technique session before your first class.
 
BodyStep
BodyStep is a cardiovascular program that uses a height adjustable step. Providing a high energy cardio workout to music, BodyStep features intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear.

BodyBalance
BodyBalance is a revolution in mind-body training. A dynamic, fitness-to-music that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. It combines the best of eastern disciplines like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais.

Yoga
Hatha (balanced) Yoga. Suitable for all levels. Stretch, tone and realign your body using a traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques to induce relaxation. Improve concentration, muscle tone, flexibility and promote stress relief.

Bums Legs & Tums
Exercises designed to target those problem areas and thoroughly work the muscles to tone and shape. Using both floor and standing exercises such as squats, lunges and abdominal conditioning.

Hi-Lo Aerobics
Suitable for all abilities. Using a mixture of hi and lo moves, and combinations to improve co ordination and make the class fun and motivating. Will burn calories, improve cardio vascular fitness and work the muscles in the legs.

Ab Attack
A 30 minute blast targeting the abdominal muscles to flatten, strengthen and tone that area.

Chi Ball
This class combines Chi Ball dance with Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi Qi Cong and deep relaxation. Will improve balance, mobility, flexibility, concentration, self awareness and help to strengthen and rejuvenate the body. Will send you home feeling calm and energized!!

50+ Workout
An exercise class aimed at the older or deconditioned participant. Using a variety of different exercises, a fun, safe and effective class to maintain and improve mobility, strength and fitness.

Aqua Blast
Aqua Aerobics is a class in the shallow pool, using the water to tone the body safely and effectively. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Deep Aqua
Aqua in the diving pit using floatation belts. For thorough cardiovascular conditioning, increased muscular endurance and improved flexibility without any impact.
