Free Gym Programmes
As part of your membership, we offer free personalised exercise programmes tailored to your goals and abilities, as well as exercises you enjoy, to help you stay motivated to reach those goals.
Boditrax™ is the body composition tool, in just 30 seconds it accurately measures what matters and tracks everything from your metabolic age and muscle mass through to your fat mass and muscle distribution, enabling you to see your progress and set realistic goals. Used by leading hospitals and universities, it's free to all our members.
Student Gym
Student Gym is for 12 - 17 year olds and is a session for young gym members to come into the gym by themselves to exercise independently, whilst still being under the supervision of our qualified gym team. Teen gym members can use all of our cardio and resistance machines as well as body weight exercises. All teen gym members must have a personal programme with a member of the gym team and have set times for entering the gym.
