Body Pump
"BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Pilates
A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. The core principles of Pilates include Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities

Water based aerobic fitness perfect for those looking for a cardiovascular workout with low impact. The buoyancy of the water reduces your weight on impact, resulting in less strain on the muscles and joints. This class will give you a full body workout helping to burn calories, improve balance and co-ordination and increase muscle tone.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
