1.Get Going
Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

An aerobic style strength-based class which is suitable for all levels. Working through a variety of core and leg exercises, you will focus on strengthening and toning up your entire body. Training both your core and lower body is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and stability.
RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
Body Jam
BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of music and dance. Taking inspiration from dancers all over the world, and mixing it up with House, Hip-hop, Drum ‘n’ Bass, Trap and all styles of electronic dance music, BODYJAM brings a dose of soul to your studio. At the same time, it’s a killer workout that burns calories and builds cardio fitness with every class.
Body Balance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
