Body Combat BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness, increasing your strength and cardio fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Pilates A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. The core principles of Pilates include Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities
Mind & Body Studio Past

LBT An aerobic style strength-based class which is suitable for all levels. Working through a variety of core and leg exercises, you will focus on strengthening and toning up your entire body. Training both your core and lower body is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and stability.

Body Balance Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Indoor Cycling Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
