Changing Rooms & Pool Plant Refurbishment Projects:

From 1st October our pools, sauna and steam room close for major plant room works. Additionally on 6th October our changing rooms will close for an extensive refurbishment project too. Find out all the details of these exciting projects here.

Let's Lift The Curfew

Every winter, 72% of women in the UK change their outdoor routines or stop being active because they don't feel safe. This doesn't just affect daily life - it impacts health, wellbeing, and equality.

The Let’s Lift the Curfew movement, in partnership with This Girl Can, is here to change that. Women shouldn’t have to choose between safety and enjoying time outside.
